Due to recent expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Full-Time Business Development Assistant to provide support services.

We specialising in providing a variety of marketing campaigns and promotional services to clients based throughout the USA.

The role will involve :

Owning and resolving customer queries at first point of contact

Managing and maintaining sales and purchases

Working effectively within a small team

Communication with clients, field based staff, colleagues and ensuring all client requirements are met

Updating customer information using our internal system

Administration tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have the following skills :

Excellent Customer Service skills essential.

Highly organised and process driven individual with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.

Effective Communication skills in order to liaise with other departments and colleagues to achieve results

Highly motivated with the ability to use own initiative

Computer literacy - MS Office, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

This role would be suitable for someone with proven work experience as a Business Development Assistant . However all levels of experience will be considered for this role.
