What You'll Do :
Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely deliveryBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on compliance, consulting, and business improvementDrive business development initiatives including client proposals, cross-selling, and practice growth strategiesMentor, coach, and develop staff through performance feedback, training, and professional developmentOversee department budgeting, profitability metrics, and compliance with quality control standardsCollaborate with senior leadership to support firm-wide operations and strategic planningStay current with industry trends and professional standards by attending relevant development and networking eventsWhat You Bring :
CPA designation with 7+ years of progressive experience in a public accounting environment3+ years experience in quality control (QC) review functionsBachelor's degree in Accounting requiredStrong leadership and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams effectivelyProficient in audit and industry software including Profx, Engagement, CCH, and Microsoft Office suiteThere are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
