Time and Billing Specialist temp for Austin

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join their finance team with a focus on billing operations. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with generating and reviewing customer invoices.
• Ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support the month-end billing close process.
• Maintain organized records of billing transactions and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding billing questions or adjustments.
• Help prepare billing reports and summaries for management.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure alignment with financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
