Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Nurse Coordinator

A Clinical Nurse Coordinator ensures the effective delivery of nursing services within a unit or department. This role involves mentoring staff, promoting best practices, and improving workflows for optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee unit operations, ensuring sufficient staffing and resources.
Assist in developing and implementing patient care protocols.
Monitor patient outcomes, identifying areas for quality improvement.
Provide guidance, support, and training to nursing staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster cohesive care plans.

Work Environment :
