Family Nurse Practitioner

Allied Health Solutions Medical Group (AHS) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Inglewood, California office.

Job Description

• Perform general physical examinations
• Collect and record, in proper format, medical and social data appropriate to the patients condition. Maintain medical records in accordance with AHS procedures
• Plan and initiate proper treatment within the FNP's defined privileges and scope of practice of the clinic
• Assist with clinical management, coordinate healthcare schedules, oversee scheduling, order processing, and tracking sheets updates
• Assist with Quality Improvement Program
• Perform functions under the guidance and supervision of the Medical Director
• Candidates must be willing and able to travel as necessary

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing - qualified by academic and practical education to provide patient services as a Physician extender under the supervision of a physician skills
• Willingness to care for consumers in Board and Care facilities
• Leadership experience required: acts decisively and takes effective action
• Assists in and handles the development and maintenance of clinic practices and policies
• Attention to detail
• Works harmoniously with others, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Demonstrates the ability to respond positively and quickly to changing circumstances
