A / C TECH SENIOR LEAD

Description

Summary :

Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on all heating, ventilating, air purifying systems, and air conditioning systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include :

• All duties of an A / C Technician I and II, as well as the following additional duties.
• May lead or direct the work of others.
• Will verify that work performed by others is done properly and completed as requested by management.
• Will monitor the daily activity reports and work orders for spare parts and equipment required for repairs and daily preventative maintenance,
• Keep an accurate and sufficient supply of maintenance parts on hand.
• Will submit part request lists with appropriate documentation to the Administrative Assistant for the creation of purchase orders.
• Train others in proper procedures for maintaining HVAC equipment.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

This position has supervisory responsibilities, which include leading and directing a work crew in daily work assignments.

Employees working in the Casino or Bowling Center may be exposed to second-hand smoke and moderate levels of noise
