A well-established and independently owned primary care clinic in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join a tight-knit and collaborative team. Practice Setting
- Flexible scheduling, including a true 4-day work week and ample administrative time built into the schedule
- Manageable daily volume of 16 patients, allows for unrushed visits, meaningful patient relationships, and strong continuity of care
- Collaborative team-based environment, working alongside an experienced physician, 2 PAs, 1 NP, and skilled clinical staff including MAs and administrative support
- Modern, efficient workspace with 10 state-of-the-art exam rooms organized around a centralized team hub and on-site lab for streamlined patient care
