Location : Participants are based at various manufacturing sites in the U.S.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

About The Program :

During the spring term, you will be placed as a Manufacturing Engineering co-op at an Owens Corning manufacturing plant for 16 weeks. You will be mentored by seasoned technical specialists and provided value added projects throughout this period. Projects will give you hands-on experience with the technical issues that you'll face in the production environment, and they will cover the following topics :

In addition, you will develop the following skills necessary to be an effective manufacturing leader :

At the conclusion of the co-op, participants may be offered an additional co-op / internship or full-time employment in one of Owens Corning's Operations Leadership Development Programs, following graduation.
