This is an office-based position in Everett, WA with the option to work remotely on Fridays. The Manager, Talent Specialists leads and develops a high-performing team to ensure exceptional, efficient, and consistent experiences for candidates, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters across interview coordination, offer delivery, and onboarding processes. This team supports hiring across the Americas region. As part of the Talent Operations team, this role champions operational excellence through continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and a focus on developing team capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Performance

• Lead, coach, and inspire Talent Specialists and Interview Schedulers to deliver high-quality, timely, and customer-focused service
• Leverage data and the Fortive Business System to manage performance, identify trends, and drive operational improvements
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning where team members are empowered to grow and expand their skills

Bonus or Equity

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package. The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,765.00 - 151,915.00.
