Project Manager - Metro West - Commercial / Multifamily

Lead and manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from conception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites. Oversee procurement processes and manage project resources effectively. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
