Job descriptionFlexible work schedules with hybrid options (telehealth + in-person) Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities Administrative and billing support so you can focus on clinical care Access to ongoing consultation, training, and CE opportunities in ACT, Somatic Therapy, EMDR, and other trauma-informed modalities to support therapist growth and development A supportive, mission-driven team culture that values collaboration and professional development Supervision available Provide individual (and optional couples / family) therapy using ACT and other evidence-based modalities and interventions Treat clients with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and related concerns Maintain timely, accurate documentation Collaborate with colleagues to support holistic wellness Participate in team consultation, training, and professional development Masters or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Current Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC) or provisionally licensed EMDR or comparable training required Training or interest in ACT and trauma-informed care Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to collaborative, client-centered practice

Compensation
- Annual potential : $70,000 $109,000+ based on caseload and schedule
- Bonus opportunities for bringing new clients or contributing to practice growth
