What You’ll Need :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required; Doctorate degree preferredLicensed Physical Therapist in the state of practiceCompleted state-regulated CEU requirementsValid CPR LicenseExperience with EMR software preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong clinical decision-making abilitiesDedication to patient success and a solid work ethicBasic computer skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamMaintain a positive, professional demeanor at all timesWhat You’ll Do :
Collect and record patient care data in accordance with guidelines and regulations.Prepare for evaluations by obtaining patient history and understanding diagnoses.Administer tests and measures, synthesizing results to formulate diagnoses and treatment plans.Establish and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.Provide education and training to patients and their support systems.Oversee treatment plans and ensure compliance with JAG standards.Document all treatments using Prompt EMR.Collaborate with support staff and attend annual seminars for professional growth.Promote JAG in the community through lectures and presentations.Important Disclaimer Notice :
