Base pay range

$75,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily / weekly audits of subcontractors—safety and quality
• Property Damage Prevention—live within budgeted projects
• Project related contracts, creating and maintaining project schedules
• Material / equipment / service bidding, RFP & RFQ procurement
