OSP Construction Manager

Exciting Full-Time Opportunity : Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Manager

We are pleased to offer an outstanding full-time position with our valued client for an Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Manager. This role involves managing Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) construction projects and overseeing all aspects of OSP construction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and schedule OSP construction vendors for fiber projects.
• Conduct quality assurance / quality control (QA / QC) on work performed by construction contractors.
• Coordinate bid walks and review / redline construction drawings.
• Collaborate with permitting authorities, municipalities, engineering teams, and planners.
• Review and interpret field engineering drawings for underground and overhead fiber make-ready work.
• Prepare and manage project closeout packages.
• Track project progress and submit comprehensive reports.
• Read and manage fiber splice documents.
• Interpret OTDR and power meter readings for fiber testing and diagnostics.
