Global ICFR and SOX Specialist

A company is looking for a Global ICFR and SOX Specialist Non IT.

Key Responsibilities

Support and execute the SOX / ICFR Program and compliance activities

Review and perform tests of controls, and prepare essential documentation for internal controls

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program execution and manage deficiency evaluations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred

4-5 years of experience in auditing internal controls over financial reporting

Fluency in both Mandarin and English

Strong understanding of IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and COSO principles

Proven ability to manage client requests and communicate effectively with stakeholders
