Compensation : $90,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)

We are representing a respected regional CPA firm in Indianapolis that is seeking a Senior Auditor to join their team. This role is ideal for an experienced audit professional who has earned their CPA designation and is ready to take on a leadership position within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries

Plan, execute, and review audit procedures to ensure compliance with professional standards

Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training

Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports

Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients

Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor

Stay current with accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and industry developments

Qualifications

CPA designation required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

4-7 years of progressive audit experience in public accounting
