What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the manufacturing and industrial location, reporting any suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain clear and accurate records of observations, incidents, and daily activities as required by site protocols.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support operational needs.

Remain alert to changing conditions within the location and adapt patrol patterns and responses as necessary.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
