We are seeking a seasoned Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to play a key role in our firm's civil litigation department. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for resolving complex legal issues and delivering excellent client service. Responsibilities :

As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of civil litigation matters from inception through trial. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

1. Representing clients in court and arguing motions.

2. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

3. Developing litigation strategies and presenting cases to senior attorneys.

4. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.

5. Coordinating and managing litigation support staff and paralegals.

6. Maintaining clear and regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and legal developments.

7. Complying with all legal standards and regulations.

8. Assisting with firm marketing efforts, including networking and business development.

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications :

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the state bar.

3. A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation.

4. Excellent knowledge of litigation and court procedures.

5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

9. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

10. Proficiency in legal research software and case management systems.
