Job Description
- Lead and manage large-scale electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6), budgets, forecasts, and manpower planning
- Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and change orders
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, GCs, and design teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges
- Manage financial reporting, cash flow, and ensure profitability targets are met
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Support bidding, estimating, and business development efforts for major pursuits

BS in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field (7+ years experience; 5+ with MS)Extensive project management experience on large-scale electrical projects ($100M+)Strong multi-discipline knowledge : power, fire alarm, communications, security, AV, instrumentationProven leadership in directing cross-functional project teamsSkilled in Primavera P6, Procore, and other construction management toolsStrong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing abilities
