Required Qualifications

3-5 years of mortgage lending experience with a focus on sales

Knowledge of home equity products for cross-selling opportunities

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Experience in handling complex member requests and complaints
