Case Management Manager

Job Description

Become an integral component of the Capacity Leadership Team for the Health System while owning primary oversight for Case Management at Saint Luke's East Hospital in your new role as Case Management Manager!

• Full-Time; Days position!
• Responsibilities include : managing designated aspects of care coordination, prior authorization, clinical documentation, and concurrent review programs to ensure maximal reimbursement, prevent financial loss to the hospital, and to minimize patient liability.
• Candidates will need either a BSN or Master's Social work, 5+ years Case Management experience, 2+ years of leadership experience and either an RN license, LCSW or MSW to be considered!
• Candidates with prior inpatient Case Management experience as well as experience in an Acute Care Hospital setting preferred!

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Patient Progression.

This position is responsible for the management direction and coordination of Case Management and Social Work components that comprise the Care Progression Department. The Manager plans, directs and implements all services related to case coordination, concurrent review, and utilization management programs, ensuring compliance with TJC, state and other regulatory agencies.
