Job descriptionPennsylvania Medical License (in-hand) Board Certified – Emergency Medicine PA Certifications Required : ACLS; BLS; CPR; PALS [must be AHA]; Stroke Certified, CMEs, (NIHSS) Mandatory : Annual EMTALA education – from ED Admin. About The Position
Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Emergency Medicine PA Locum [Part-time / Locals Only] to work coverage in Altoona & Bedford, Pennsylvania. Starting, as soon as credentialed.
The role of Emergency Medicine PA :
- Setting : Outpatient / Clinic
- Primarily night coverage (7p-7a).
- Coverage : 4-6 shifts per month.
- Must : perform – triage / tech responsibilities. EMR : Cerner
- Census : Variety of ED patients mixed with lower acuity. 80% AD, 20% PEDS
- Experience : Emergency Department.
Multi-site credentialing : 2-locations [Altoona + Bedford – Stroke Certified Facilities]
Additional opening : 48253 (ask about - Everett)
