The Finance team at TRACTIAN is responsible for managing the company's financial health and ensuring sustainable growth. This team oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring that all departments have the resources they need to operate efficiently. They also manage financial reporting and compliance, working closely with other departments to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. Finance is key to driving profitability, managing cash flow, and ensuring that TRACTIAN maintains a healthy financial foundation as it scales.

As a Director of Finance & Operations at TRACTIAN, you will play a critical role in driving the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. You will lead and oversee key areas including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounting, Logistics, and Facilities management. Your strategic vision and hands-on leadership will be pivotal in ensuring that our financial operations and infrastructure support the company's ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Oversight : Develop and execute strategies for efficient financial operations across AP, AR, and Accounting.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee logistics and facilities management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and scalability as the company grows.
• Process Optimization : Implement and continuously improve financial and operational processes, leveraging technology to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Collaboration with Leadership : Work closely with senior leadership to align finance and operational strategies with business objectives and support long-term planning.
