Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing

In this role, you’ll manage key customer accounts, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure a seamless experience from order entry through delivery. Responsibilities :

• Process and manage customer orders, quotes, and RMAs with precision and efficiency
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, pricing, lead times, and order status
• Collaborate closely with production, sales, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service team
