Job Opportunity In Medical Office

Employment Type : Full time Shift : Day Shift Narrative : We have a unique opportunity for someone who is organized and detail oriented to work in a fast-paced medical based office environment. It requires someone with computer skills, strong telephone customer service, multi-tasking abilities, and the ability to work with referral sources, patients, and families to process orders. Job duties for this position also include calling on physician offices, hospitals, and affiliates to retrieve medical documentation. This is a full-time position with benefits. Hours are M-F 8 : 30 to 4 : 30 pm only. NO nights or weekend hours required.

Requirements : HS diploma required. Certificate program or AAS in medical administration preferred. Medical terminology is required. Preferred Experience : Solid computer skills, including MS word, MS Outlook, Email & file management, basic Excel, and other on-line administrative software tools. Solid communication skills and ability to be flexible to achieve organizational goals. Medical office experience preferred. Strong computer skills and pleasant phone manners All new employees are required to undergo and pass all applicable state and federally mandated pre-employment screening requirements. Pay range : $17.85-$23.80 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.
