6 : 30a-3p

• PPE : steel-toed shoes, safety vest, hard hat
• Dress for the weather; all work is outdoors
• Must be able to use hand tools; construction experience preferred
• 8-hour shifts, with potential Saturday work
• Breaks : two 15-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch (to be brought onsite)
• Equipment includes impacts, torque wrenches, jack stands, 10 lbs. row locks and wagons, which will be carried from panel to panel
• Staff must be agile and able to navigate uneven terrain, step over, and duck under panels
• Staff must be ok with using onsite porta potty
• Able to walk and follow directions.

Most importantly – AZ is cooling but still has very hot periods of the day – we will be outside all day in the fields.
