Job Description
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses.
- Utilize therapeutic techniques to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Work with a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Requirements
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in North Dakota (or eligibility for reciprocity).Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.NBCOT certification required.BLS certification (preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus.Why Choose Connected Health Care?
