Our client — a mid-sized, well-established CPA firm that’s been serving businesses and families since the 1970s — offers the stability, flexibility, and culture professionals crave. The firm specializes in Tax, Audit, and Trust and Estate Planning , with a loyal client base and exceptionally low turnover (position only open due to retirement).  This is an ideal fit for someone who enjoys the technical challenge and client interaction of public accounting but values a more flexible, relationship-driven firm that understands real life happens outside of work.

• Balanced hours year-round : 30–35 hour workweeks with half-day Fridays (or full Fridays off) except during tax season.
