What it is :
The Sr. Program Manager oversees Stellar MLS's 3rd-party vendor ecosystem and marketplace platform. This role ensures alignment, performance, and strategic growth across all integrated and non-integrated vendor products, leading the Product Management team to deliver member value through innovation and partnership. This role ensures initiatives within the product portfolio are strategically aligned, well-resourced, and executed on time and within scope.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of MLS Services, this role will collaborate with all departments, including the Executive Team, to gather requirements, secure resources, and obtain change authorizations. This position also collaborates closely with the VP of Operations to ensure alignment between product strategy, legal, operations, and member services. Through the change lifecycle, they provide status updates and address emerging issues. Additionally, this role will involve vendor management for auxiliary products and services.
What you’ll do :
This is a salary, exempt, full-time role. Your essential duties and responsibilities will consist of :
- Oversee, manage, and support the Product Management Team, ensuring all product initiatives align with strategic goals, customer needs, and operational capacity.
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of programs and product releases, managing interdependencies, risks, and resources across teams.
- Drive alignment between Product Management, Development, and Operations, ensuring consistent prioritization and timely execution.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions to translate business goals into actionable product and technology roadmaps.
- Maintain program governance, including dashboards, timelines, and stakeholder communications, to ensure visibility into product progress and performance.
- Coach, mentor, and guide team, promoting best practices in agile delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure that third-party solutions support and enhance product offerings.
- Champion continuous improvement in delivery processes, cross-team collaboration, and performance tracking.
- Oversee vendor health checks and manage their performance reviews.
- Own, define and drive the Marketplace product roadmap.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with PMO, Marketing, and Membership.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Strong background in product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and program execution.Proven ability to coordinate multiple product initiatives and stakeholder groups simultaneously, as well as consistently meet deadlines on time.Excellent communication skills to connect business leaders, product owners, developers, and vendors.Highly organized with a proactive approach to managing priorities, risk, and change.Capable of coaching and mentoring product team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.Experience in real estate technology preferred.Experience managing multi-vendor portfolios, SaaS product partnerships, and / or Marketplace programs required.Strong time management, multitasking and stress management skills to be able to ensure that tasks get completed on time.Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage both internal and external customers, stakeholders, and vendors.Experience in Real Estate and / or software industries is preferred.Must be able to enforce company policies and procedures.Able to maintain professionalism at all times in a fast-paced, changing environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as listening and interpersonal communication skills.Essential Physical Skills

Education, Certifications, and Software Skills
Minimum Associate Degree in Business or IT related is preferred.5–10 years of program or product management experience, including oversight of cross-functional teams.Product Management certification (A-CSPO, CSPO) is preferred.What you need to value :
