Qa technician

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join our production team in Tucson. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured components-primarily specialized cable assemblies and electronic equipment-adhere strictly to "build-to-print" specifications and the highest industry quality standards.

salary : $16 - $18 per hour

work hours : 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Inspection & Verification : Conduct detailed in-process and final product inspections against engineering blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Compliance : Verify product construction and testing to ensure absolute compliance with technical requirements, customer specifications, and "build-to-print" documentation.
• Documentation : Accurately record all inspection data, non-conformances, and corrective actions using computerized Quality Management System (QMS) tools.
• Technical Interpretation : Fluently read and interpret complex technical drawings, including electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints, to guide inspection processes.
• Issue Reporting : Identify, document, and communicate recurring quality trends to relevant production and engineering teams for timely root cause analysis and resolution.
• Tool Usage : Utilize precision measuring tools, test equipment, and gauges to execute thorough quality checks.
