Responsibilities

Serve as a unit-based clinical quality and patient safety expert, growing and developing caregivers in a specific clinical area, in collaboration with clinical leaders and medical staff. Drive nursing quality indicators and evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration :

Cert Critical Care Reg Nurse specializing in Cardiac Rehabilitation credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
