Key Responsibilities
Engage and qualify Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQAs)
Perform proactive, strategic outbound prospecting to targeted accounts
Collaborate on outbound campaigns and support junior BDRs through mentoring
Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in sales technologies and CRM tools
Exceptional negotiation and leadership skills
Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs
Ability to research and personalize outreach strategies
