What You'll Do

In this role, you will focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include :

• Clinical Excellence Focus :

Assessing patient status through interviews, observations, and physical assessments.

Coordinating interdisciplinary care and collaborating with team members.

Adapting teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of patients and families.

Participating in data collection and analysis to enhance patient care.

What You Need

To thrive in this role, you should have :

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year (AHA)
