About the Role
The primary role is to support the Head of TradeNeXus and work closely with the Head of TradeNeXus Product in identifying and implementing product enhancements and expansions quickly and efficiently. It includes collaborating with sales, managing product requests, developing clear business requirements with IT and external partners, proactive project management, and seeking input and approvals from internal groups. Additional responsibilities involve identifying innovation opportunities, assessing the marketplace, and providing training, educational, and marketing material.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Identify and solve risks and issues within the business, proposing or managing mitigation or elimination.
- Build and maintain strong working partnerships within the team and partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Lead product innovation to maintain competitiveness, client satisfaction, and increased market share and revenue; proactively manage any escalated queries or issues.
- Conduct horizon scans and feed insights into strategy and roadmap planning regarding industry trends, regulations, and developments.
- Develop good relationships with partner clients and industry partners and participate in client presentations to educate customers on business offerings and future direction.
Strategy & Planning
Work with product head to develop and manage the TradeNeXus product roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives and ongoing enhancements.Improve internal product processes to maximize control, communication, and efficiency.Lead partnership with sales to drive revenue growth, monitor performance against budget, and devise corrective plans.Own and drive new revenue-generating strategies for new product services.Manage sales / support / client enhancement requests and stay aware of industry trends and regulations.Product Development
Lead assigned product initiatives, assessing viability, risks, and analyzing requirements.Collaborate with prospective clients, partner banks, or other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into product developments.Drive end-to-end product delivery with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Legal, and Compliance.Define clear, concise product specifications.Analyze and troubleshoot product issues or hurdles with partners.Identify business risks and propose mitigation strategies.Provide training and educational material to internal and external audiences.Client Interaction
Participate in client presentations and conferences to showcase offerings.Participate on sales calls as a subject matter expert.Organize and chair client forums to discuss new developments and thought leadership.Develop and maintain partnerships with client banks and industry partners.Contribute to sustaining a competitive edge, client satisfaction, and new revenue streams.What We Value
