Avani Healthcare West is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Shift : 8 hours, days
  • Employment Type : Local Contract

Schedule :  \nMonday-Friday 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm, no weekends. (Typically, will work 40 hours per week. However, if work is completed for the day, you will be sent home). \n-No Over Time Work \n\nEducation : \n

  • Bachelor’s Degree\n
  • Must have a valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona. \n
  • Entry level candidates who are new to the field are encouraged to apply.
