Avani Healthcare West is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist for a local contract job in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Schedule :

Monday- Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm No weekends. (Typically, will work 40 hours per week. However, if you do not have additional work to complete that day, you will be sent home for the remainder of the day).

  • No Over Time Work.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Active License as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona
  • Entry level candidates who are new to the field are encouraged to apply.
