Job descriptionPatient Care & Treatment : Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans with physicians. Conduct evaluations and implement therapy techniques to improve functional ability. Administer therapy for upper extremity function, sensory skills, and self-care. Collaboration & Communication : Coordinate with PT, Speech, and Nursing teams for comprehensive care. Communicate goals to patients and families, maintaining confidentiality. Leadership & Supervision : Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and ensure quality standards. Documentation & Compliance : Complete clinical and billing documentation accurately and on time. Professional Development : Participate in workshops, continuing education, and professional networking. Team Contribution : Embrace flexibility and assist with additional responsibilities as needed. Education : Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Licensure : Active Occupational Therapist License in the State of Arizona (Required) Experience : Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-centered care approach Team collaboration and coordination Time management and adaptability in fast-paced environments Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Updated Resume Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card OIG / SAM Name Clearance Check CPR / BLS Certification Card TB Skin Test (2-step TB required at Flagstaff) Occupational Therapist License / Certification (Active Arizona License) Hepatitis B Vaccination Record or Declination Form COVID-19 Vaccination Record or Declination Form Agency Skills Assessment Packet

Schedule
- Days : Monday through Friday
- Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
- No Weekends or Overtime.
- Candidate may be sent home early if daily work is completed before shift end.
