The Engineering Technician I is based on-site and based in NEOTech's facility located in Westborough, MA. Salary range is $28 - $32 per hour. Wage to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data.

Summary :

Responsible for assemblyand inspection of press-fit components onto printed circuit boards, focusing on machine operation, process monitoring, and quality checks.

• Role : Optimizes and maintains the press-fit assembly process.
• Responsibilities :
• Defines and adjusts press parameters (e.g., force, speed) to ensure proper connection.
• Sets up and calibrates press-fit machines for different products.
• Develop tools and processes for press-fit components across multiple assemblies.
• Role : Operates press-fit machines and tools to install components onto PCBs.
• Responsibilities :
• Loads PCBs and press-fit components into the machine.
• Starts and monitors the press-fit process, ensuring it runs smoothly.
• May perform basic maintenance on the machines and report any issues.
• Conducts visual inspections of components after pressing
