Role summary

You'll take customer needs from the U.S., convert them into engineering work for the India team, drive feature delivery, and lead triage when devices fail in the field. Key responsibilities

• Act as technical bridge between U.S. customers and India engineering teams.
• Own end-to-end program lifecycle : requirements delivery post-ship support.
• Lead triage & resolution of field issues across camera, audio, Bluetooth / Wi-Fi, power / thermal, and kernel / BSP.
• Translate customer feedback into structured engineering tasks and timelines; manage sprints and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, platform, QA) and run status updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with wearable standards (BLE profiles, FCC / CE, thermal limits).
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
