Stillwaters Veterinary Care is an in-home of end of life, hospice, geriatric and palliative care veterinary practice. Our mission at Stillwaters is to provide a peaceful and loving goodbye to beloved companions in the comfort of their own home surrounded by their favorite things and families.

We are looking for someone to assist in our central office with day-to-day management. The ideal candidate will be extremely empathetic, kind, compassionate and have a drive to assist our clients and providers. Veterinary field experience strongly preferred, strong attention to detail is a must. Compensation is based on experience. The hours for this role are M-F, 7am-3pm. Heavy lifting is required.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Managing the schedule of visits and returning pets to their families
• Answering phone calls and assisting clients with scheduling appointments
• Maintaining the comfort center organization, stocking and cleanliness
• Driving work vehicles for varied tasks
• Assisting clients at the comfort center with their pet's end of life care arrangements
