We’re looking for a compassionate Recreation Aide – Dining Experience Assistant to help create a positive, enjoyable atmosphere for our residents during mealtimes and throughout their day.

What You’ll Do :

Assist residents during meals, including helping feed individuals who need extra support (training provided).

Create a welcoming and social dining experience for residents.

Engage residents in friendly conversation and companionship during mealtimes.

Help set up and tidy dining areas before and after meals.

Safely transport residents to and from the dining room.

Work closely with the nursing, dietary, and recreation teams to make mealtimes smooth and enjoyable.

Support recreational and social programs before or after meals.

Observe and report any changes in residents’ eating habits or behavior to the nursing team.

What We’re Looking For :

A caring, patient, and positive attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a nursing home, assisted living, or healthcare setting is a plus, must be CNA certified

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Dependable and eager to make a difference each day.
