Job description4+ years of experience with industrial machine controls and SCADA systems. Proficiency with PLC platforms (e.g., Allen-Bradley) and SCADA software (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware). Experience with electrical panels, sensors, drives, and industrial networks (Ethernet / IP, Modbus, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on upgrade projects.

Kata Solution has partnered with a top Engineering Firm in Maumee, Ohio to help them locate an Electrical Controls Engineer.
This is a soup to nuts Engineer. Responsible for design, programming from scratch and installation at client location. Allen Bradley experience is a must.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and upgrade outdated machine control systems to current technologies.
- Design and implement electrical control solutions, including PLC and HMI programming.
- Integrate and configure SCADA systems for monitoring, data logging, and diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues on existing machinery.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, electricians, and production teams during system upgrades and commissioning.
- Document control system changes and maintain electrical schematics and software backups.
