Unit Secretary - BHC Adult Psychiatric Services - Outpatient - Per Diem - 8 Hour - Days

Job Description :

The Unit Secretary is responsible for providing the department with the clerical support necessary to ensure a smoothly functioning unit. The Unit Secretary works in partnership and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, toward the end of providing quality patient care and enhanced communications.

Experience :

1 year Clerical Required

Healthcare Setting Preferred

Certifications / Licensures :

CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training- Required within 30-days of hire and renewal annually or within 30-days of return from a leave of absence

Skills :

Knowledge of medical terminology through experience or completion of a course - Preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) - Preferred

Work Shift :

08.0 - Per Diem Days No Waive (United States of America)

Pay Range : $35.82 - $46.69

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated / relevant experience and / or licensure.

Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area .

Note : Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.
