Responsibilities

Policy Recommendations : Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance policies that align with their unique requirements.
New Business Development : Actively pursue new leads and prospects to expand our client base.
Policy Renewals : Assist clients in renewing their insurance policies, ensuring they have continuous coverage.
Documentation and Record-Keeping : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions.
Requirements
Licensing : Possess a valid California Insurance License.
Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
