Responsibilities :
- Answer Incoming calls and handle according to company policy
- Good communication skills
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and / or alternatives.
- Be customer focused and can adapt to different personality types.
- Take down information of callers who seek to be new clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, assigned attorneys, and internal team members.
