BILINGUAL REQUIRED (Spanish)

100% In office position

Responsibilities :

  • Answer Incoming calls and handle according to company policy
  • Good communication skills
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and / or alternatives.
  • Be customer focused and can adapt to different personality types.
  • Take down information of callers who seek to be new clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, assigned attorneys, and internal team members.
