Regional CDL-A Flatbed Driver — Weekly Home Time

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking an experienced CDL-A flatbed driver for regional routes with consistent weekly home time. The role involves hauling steel, pipe, and other flatbed freight and requires proficiency with tarping, chains, binders, and load securement.

Compensation & bonuses

Pay : 27% of load (average annual earnings estimated $76,440–$87,360)

Paid weekly via direct deposit

$5,000 sign-on bonus (paid as $1,500 after first load, $1,500 at 6 months, $2,000 at 1 year; eligibility conditions apply)

Tarp pay : $40 per load

Detention : $16 per hour after 2 hours

Layover : $100 per day

Breakdown pay : $100 per day

• $300 weekly non-taxed per diem

Minimum requirements

Minimum age : 22

Experience : Minimum one year OTR experience across at least three states plus six months flatbed experience within the last five years
