LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Interventional Radiology MD in California!

About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled  Radiologist to join a short-term locum assignment at a stroke-certified acute care hospital in Northern California. 🏥

🗓️ Assignment Details :

  • Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
  • Call : None ❌
  • Location : Northern California (local candidates preferred)
  • EMR : Cerner 💻

🩻 Daily Responsibilities :

Interpret ~50 studies / day :

  • CT 🧠 | X-ray 📸 | Ultrasound 🩺 | MRI 🧲
  • Perform 5–8 IR procedures / day : Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Nephrostomy Tubes, Biopsies, LPs 💉
  • Acute care imaging : ED 🚑 | ICU 🛏️ | Stroke CTs 🧠

    • ✅ Requirements :

  • Board Certified / Eligible in Radiology 🎓
  • Active California Medical License 🏷️
  • Completed Radiology Residency 🏥
  • Active BLS, DEA, CA Fluoroscopy – Required at submission 📄
  • IR procedural skills & acute care imaging experience 🛠️
