A company is looking for a Senior IT Director, Agency Management Systems to oversee the implementation of a scalable Wholesale Brokerage Agency Management System solution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day implementation of Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud and Broker Insurance for RPS

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Provide leadership and guidance to the program team, ensuring alignment with program goals

Required Qualifications

Relevant technical BS Degree in Information Technology or similar field

10+ years of technology leadership experience in the insurance industry

Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives in the insurance sector

Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

Experience with the entire Policy Lifecycle and Agency Management Systems
