Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales Germany and NATO to lead Maxar's defense and intelligence sales efforts across the German government and NATO institutions. This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for driving revenue, developing key customer relationships, and shaping long-term partnerships across the defense, security, and intelligence ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the German federal acquisition processes, NATO procurement mechanisms, and the broader European defense market. This role will have high visibility and impact, interfacing with senior government officials, defense industry partners, and Maxar's executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Germany and NATO aligned with Maxar's global growth objectives.
Build trusted relationships with German federal ministries (e.g., BMVg, BAAINBw), Bundeswehr, NATO commands, and related institutions.
Collaborate closely with Maxar's product, engineering, legal, and proposal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Identify and shape new business opportunities within defense, ISR, and secure communications sectors.
