Job description

Regional Sales Director (m / f / d) North and East Germany

The regional sales director (m / f / d) is responsible for the implementation of the strategic planning for the North and East Germany region. Your tasks :

  • Leadership & collaboration
  • Leadership of the regional sales team (m / f / d)
  • Close coordination with relevant departments and stakeholders
  • Sales & growth responsibility
  • Responsibility for all GE HealthCare sales and growth targets : orders, revenues, profit margin
  • Inclusion of service sales revenues and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Customer management & business development
  • Identification and active promotion of sales opportunities
  • Main contact for defined key customers in the sales area
  • Analysis of market dynamics and derivation of new business opportunities
  • Team leadership & development
  • Leadership of account managers (m / f / d) in the sales area
  • Collaboration with product sales specialists to maximize sales success and improve the net promoter score (NPS)
  • Development and implementation of sales goals in coordination with product managers
  • Communication & collaboration
  • Promotion of effective communication and trusting cooperation within the team and with external partners
  • Compliance & quality
  • Responsibility for customer compliance and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring integrity and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Active contribution to the quality management system and consideration of quality guidelines and goals
  • Digitalization & sales control
  • Support of digitalization through routine use of IT programs
  • Active sales control using Salesforce.com : maintenance and development of the opportunity funnel
  • Use of "imaging operating mechanisms" to increase transparency and prepare informed sales decisions

Your profile :

  • You have a successful degree in a business-related or technical discipline, an MBA is advantageous
  • You have significant experience in the high-tech industry, with deep sales expertise in the healthcare market and solid experience in medical technology
  • You have built up extensive management experience as well as the ability to analyze finances and build and manage a budget
  • You have outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • You are a personable people manager, with high leadership skills, proven success in sales coaching and team building
  • Outstanding presentation skills; the ability to present ideas to customers in a way that facilitates agreements and
  • You have the proven ability to effectively communicate across different locations
  • You are proficient in negotiating in German and English, both verbally and in writing
